Barik Sev, also called Jodhpur Sev, is a core part of Jodhpuri namkeen heritage, made from pure besan rather than maida, with a milder spice level that makes it genuinely suitable for small children and elderly customers who cannot handle our spicier lines.
From Chandra Vilas, making namkeen since 1947. Made in groundnut or cottonseed oil, never palm oil.
