Mathri cut into the shape of a cashew (kaju) — there is no cashew in it, the name is all about the shape. Crisp, lightly spiced with ajwain and jal jeera, and a festival favourite around Diwali, Holi and Rakhi.
From Chandra Vilas, making namkeen since 1947. Made in groundnut or cottonseed oil, never palm oil.
