Ingredients:
Rice Puffs, Peanuts, Chana Dal, Tamarind Sauce, Turmeric powder, Maida, Oil, Corn flakes, Curry leaves, Salt, Chilli Powder, Sugar, Lime extract
A ready-to-mix Bombay-style bhel puri kit, everything but the fresh vegetables.
To make it:
1. Chop half a tomato, half an onion and a green chilli into small pieces.
2. Mix the chopped vegetables with the tamarind sauce provided.
3. Add the rice puffs and the rest of the mix, and toss together just before serving so it stays crisp.
From Chandra Vilas, making namkeen since 1947. Made in groundnut or cottonseed oil, never palm oil.
