Long Masala Sev, also known as Ratlami Sev, is made in the Ratlami style, with whole cloves worked into the besan dough for a flavour you will not get from a plain sev. Made at our Jodhpur kitchen. Good on its own with chai, or as a topping for upma, sprout salad and poha.
From Chandra Vilas, making namkeen since 1947. Made in groundnut or cottonseed oil, never palm oil.
